Teaching Resources
I occasionally lead workshops providing introductory and intermediate training on tools such as R and Tableau, usually in partnership with other organizations and groups. To provide easy access to these resources, I’ve uploaded some of these video recordings here. You can also find them collected in a Youtube playlist here. Introduction to R, Part One
This two-part video introduces the R programming language and RStudio, geared towards beginners just starting to learn R. It is designed to set up people to be able to use R for introductory psychological statistics courses.

Introduction to R, Part Two
This video continues the workshop from Part One using the same sample dataset and workshop slides.
Introduction to Tableau
Recorded in partnership with Asians in I-O Psychology, this workshop goes through the basic introduction of using Tableau for the organizational sciences. It is designed to set up people to be able to import data into Tableau and produce basic visualizations relevant for I-O psychology, HR, and management.

Intermediate Tableau Workshop
Recorded in partnership with Asians in I-O Psychology, this workshop introduces some intermediate concepts in Tableau. Participants should have already watched the Intro to Tableau workshop. This recording is more discussion-based and collaborative; I focus on some initial visualizations, but then I open it up for participants to ask how to use Tableau to change, add, and improve visualizations.
